Building brighter futures.

The Porchlight Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by executives of Framework Group, a Tampa-based multifamily developer. Porchlight’s mission is to create permanent housing for those who would otherwise be homeless, partnering with local nonprofit organizations to bring stability, safety, and dignity to individuals and families in need.

The Mission

As Porchlight prepared to launch its first development—Project Alpha, an eight-unit housing initiative in Tampa—the team needed a professional digital and print presence to communicate their mission, inspire confidence among donors, and engage potential nonprofit partners.

Web Design Approach

OCELLI designed and developed a new website that visually conveys Porchlight’s purpose: to bring light and hope to those in need of shelter. The site’s dark, grounding color palette is balanced with subtle touches of light and warmth—reflecting the organization’s role as a “porchlight” in times of hardship.

The website highlights Project Alpha, introduces Porchlight’s mission and leadership, and provides clear pathways for donor engagement and partnership inquiries. With clean navigation, responsive layouts, and a focus on visual storytelling, the design gives Porchlight a professional and credible platform to build awareness and support.

Print Deliverables

Following the website launch, OCELLI designed a comprehensive brochure to extend Porchlight’s visual identity into print. The piece mirrors the website’s aesthetic—dark backgrounds contrasted with bright, uplifting imagery—to symbolize light, stability, and renewal.

The brochure serves as a tactile, high-impact tool for donor outreach and partnership conversations, outlining Porchlight’s mission, Project Alpha overview, and development pipeline in a polished, easy-to-digest format.

Impact

Together, the new website and brochure provided Porchlight with the professional foundation needed to launch fundraising efforts for Project Alpha, build visibility for future developments, and strengthen conversations with nonprofit partners.
